I like the insoles because they support my arches and fit well into all my footwear. Value for money and great for knee and hip placement while walking.

I have incredibly low arched feet (almost flat) and I found these to be comfortable when wearing shoes that already have a slight arch support in the sole. For completely flat shoes (e.g. converse) there may not be enough support in them. Have worn them for several hours at a time, so far so good.

Ordered these as they looked very similar to a pair I got in a supermarket quite a while ago and couldn't find anymore. Absolutely brilliant, just enough arch support for me. Ordered 6 pairs so now have some in all the footwear I'm currently wearing. Delivery was very quick as expected. Highly recommend
