Xtend & Climb 782 Telescoping Ladder Carrying Bag for Model 785P

Excellent product, i ordered this to replace the same model i used about 3 times a day for about 2-3 years as a roofing salesman and it held up perfectly except the bottom rubber pads wore out from brushing with concrete (it still worked fine, one of the other guys has it now since i got the new one.) I also ordered the case, which is high quality but is a little inconvenient if you need to pull out the ladder more than once a day, but definitely worth the investment to keep the majority of dust off of telescoping parts. I am about 220 pounds, no problem at all with being sturdy at that weight.

We have several Telesteps telescoping ladders at my company. Decided to try Xtend & Climb for my use. Glad I did. I like it much better. Like how it collapses and it feels more stable when extended. Also, very impressed with the company. I ordered the cover and Amazon sent the one that showed for this model but it did not fit. I called Xtend & Climb and they sent the correct one at no charge. Highly recommend!

Fabric and seams should be a bit tougher. Please make it a bit tougher. You can make more thick short sides, because they injured a lot.

I really enjoy the ladder. No issues with it thus far. I use it for insurance adjusting and it has been great to access attics in tight spaces. A great conversation starter too with clients. This fits in the back of the Jeep which saves me the hassle of a folding extension ladder. I haven't had any issues with the operation as of yet. I am 6'3" and 205# and feel safe climbing it.
