Horrible product and service
We had purchased the lock in May. First of all, they don't service all locations, so don't bother if you don't stay in any location that they don't service. They say it's easy to install but it's a hassle as many carpenters don't know. And we couldn't return the product as that's not allowed. Now, in less a year, the door is NOT LOCKING, that's on our main door. After talking to customer care, where the person actually told me to put the batteries of same brand as that makes a LOT of difference, we still don't have an answer. They are now saying that the motor is not working and they will send it to us, without any care as to what we can do in the mean time. Horrible experience with product and customer care. Don't recommend this lock or this company.

Great experience
We have been using the LAVNA smart lock for over 6 months now and are very pleased with the purchase. The installation and configuration was smooth and the whole experience of using a digital lock - setting up different profiles, using finger prints, codes and NFC tap key has been great.
