Is this adapter compatible with the A380?

I am not sure if compatible with 380 I know airbus plug is the same on an A319-320-321 and 330 I haven't seen a 380

Will this adapter allow the aircraft to provide power for the noise canceling of my headset?

The only panel power ANR headset I know of is the Telex 850. If that is the headset you have, then yes. If your headset ANR is powered by batteries, then no. Thanks!

Is this compatible with a telex 5x5 pro iii and airbus 330?

Not sure if compatible but your best bet is to attempt to contact customer service for Telex and I am personally type-rated on the Airbus 320 and depending what year the aircraft came on the fleet for your respective airline (for example the older ones that I noticed for the A320, 15+years) are compatible with the GA Dual plug.
