Compact, Durable, and Ready for Action—Perfect for First Responders and Prepared Individuals
The Dixie EMS Dixigear Empty First Responder II Bag is an excellent choice for anyone needing a reliable and well-organized bag for emergency medical supplies. Measuring 10.5” x 5” x 8”, it’s compact enough to be portable, yet spacious enough to hold all the essentials needed for first aid or emergency response. The bright red color ensures it’s easily visible, which is crucial in high-stress situations. What I appreciate most about this bag is its thoughtful design. The multiple compartments and pockets allow for efficient organization, making it easy to access what you need quickly—whether it’s bandages, gauze, or emergency tools. The zippers are sturdy, and the material feels durable, able to withstand the rigors of being on the go. The size is ideal for a personal first aid kit or a basic emergency kit for the car, home, or outdoor activities. While the bag is small, it’s perfectly suited for those who need to carry a focused set of medical supplies without the bulk of larger bags. It’s also a great option for anyone building their own customized kit. The only minor improvement could be the addition of reflective strips for enhanced visibility in low-light conditions. And to add a little humor: Why did the first responder bag always get the best parking spot? Because it was always on call!Overall, the Dixie EMS Dixigear Empty First Responder II Bag is a practical and well-made option for anyone looking to stay prepared. It’s compact, durable, and ready to be filled with the essentials you need to respond to emergencies effectively.

Perfect grab bag
Can't beat the price. And if you are looking for a compact yet spacious bag to put in your vehicle's trunk, or to toss into your backpack for a hike, this is the one. It's a soft bag, so it will take the shape of whatever you put inside. It comes with a single stiff black insert/liner with a few small pockets and a velcro (hook & loop) divider to create partitions in the primary compartment. The insert/liner is fairly shallow, but does a good job of creating a firm foundation for loose supplies. You could replace this with your own insert if you felt it needed upgrading, or just not use it and have a normal bag -- but I like it for what it is.The two side pockets are practical for using as quick-access areas for bleeding/burn/urgent wound care, while using the primary compartment for a larger variety of items that might take a bit longer to find, since they'll be floating around in a larger area.Pros:* This bag is made from a fairly thick nylon fabric, and the seams are well joined. I do not worry about it falling apart.* The zippers work smoothly and are easy to pull.* The handles are perfect for grab & go situations.* Price. For ~$10 USD this is a no brainer. Honestly hard to believe it's so affordable, even for what it is. A decent bag.Cons:* Liner/insert is shallow and the shape could be better defined. The primary area with velcro divider is fine, but the pockets are too small to be very useful, they are more like little slots where you could put a bill of materials or some quick reference cards.* Velcro divider for insert does not attach very securely to the sides, but it does a reasonable job of separating larger items. I wouldn't expect it to keep smaller things from sliding around. This bag would even be great for the gym if you are packing light. You could probably carry a pair of light athletic clothes or a towel and some toiletries/personal care items for a quick shower, and clean up after a workout. In summary, I highly recommend this highly affordable bag. It's simple, not overcomplicated, and doesn't get in your way. Small enough to tuck away, but big enough to carry real supplies.

Perfect for traveling with medical equipment
I love this zippered bag with medical symbol printed on top. It makes traveling with small medical devices convenient and easy to stay organized. The quality is very good and this medium size was perfect to hold multiple batteries, devices, BP cuff and machine, meds, and a few other things. It was easy to keep all the medical devices separate for easy handling through airport security and to grab and go for car trips. I’m planning on using it tomorrow to travel home for the holidays!

Good for at home organization
This first aid bag will be good for interior home use and provides okay organization tray. It fits in most cupboards and you get good valie for the money.I would not trust this gor anything more than home use. The material will degrade over a couple yeara of routine use and is thin. The design works well with mini compartments on each end. If repurchasing, I will spend a little more money to provide more longevity as well as multipurpose use.

Perfect for mom’s first aid kit…
After years of packing multiple first aid kits when we traveled (band-aid box, medicine box, etc), I ordered this bag. I have several kids covering a wide range of ages, so I needed room for kid and adult medicines. This bag holds so much. I have 5 liquid bottles and 6 medicine bottles, plus our thermometer in the main pocket. There is also room at the front of this pocket for homeopathic remedies. One side pocket is full of band-aids and wound cleaner, and the other side pocket holds our nebulizer and supplies. Because it holds everything we need, it’s so easy to grab when we need it at home too. I’ve had it for a year and it’s held up really well. I highly recommend this!

Really impressed for price
Great size for camping shooting or construction job site more complete first aid kits. The main compartment was plenty enough space for a very complete stop the bleed kit, one of the side pockets was perfect for boo boo type items and niceties and then the other pocket was great for an eyewash container. I do wish it was actually waterproof but as long as you know that going in and you put your stuff in plastic bags It's really great for my vehicle mounted job site kit. Probably way too big for just normal boo boo type first aid kits though. Durable enough for light use but if this is something you're going to use everyday or carry around a lot with you it's probably not quite durable enough and it's not waterproof enough.
