Seems to work for me, I'll keep using it until it stops.

I’ve done a 14 day fast in the past with the drinkable products but I think it taste so bad. Couldn’t do it anymore it was so unbearable so I switch to these wonderful pills. I feel great I have wayyyyy more energy than I did in the past and feel much betterI don’t know if I’m drinking enough water when I take them or taking too much but I am using the bathroom nearly 4-6 times a day because it’s running right through me. It’s gotten to the point I’m drinking more than 3 gallons because I’m losing so much water.Other than that great product helping me move forward

I have a problem with my electrolytes being too low. I had 3 specific ones. I looked at every kind of electrolyte drink and powder but none contained all 3. Then I found fasting salt and my blood work this week show an improvement in those 3 areas. It’s an easy capsule that I can take at any time. No goopy powders or drinks that have one type electrolyte.

I’m pleasantly surprised by how well these work! I loved reading all of the positive reviews, but I was still a little skeptical, ya know? These really do work though! I’m currently on hour 37 of my fast (trying to go for as long as I can) and I still feel pretty good! I definitely still have a minor lingering headache and the hunger pains are there as expected, but these actually make the whole fasting process so much easier! I will say one thing (and this is probably TMI)… these have almost acted as a laxative for me. I did expect some digestion side effects given the ingredients in these, but I was NOT prepared for how much lol. I mean every time I take a dose, about an hour later, I end up having to use the bathroom. So just a heads up for anyone who has similar digestion as I do. I mean on one hand, it’s great because it’s kind of cleaning me out while I’m also fasting (gross, I know), but on the other hand, it is a minor inconvenience. I’m also drinking a LOT of water, so I’m sure that’s contributing to it too. Anyway… with that being said, I take about 3-4 capsules every time I’m starting to feel the effects of my fast. It’s typically about 20 per day, so this bottle is a good deal for someone like me.

The label ALSO reads, “Do not take this product if you have hypertension.” Since I take Lisinopril 20 mg for hypertension I checked with my doctor who said, “Do not take this. You could push your potassium dangerously high.” This product is NOT returnable.

I've been taking these for the past 3 years whenever I fast beyond 24 hours (longest has been 120 hours, but I normally do a 48-72 hour weekly fast) - love knowing my body is being supported by the necessary electrolytes it needs and will continue to purchase

I love these because when I first started fasting I would always get to feeling very very cruddy by the 24 hour mark sometimes before that and I'd have to stop early to feel better but now I know more, I was not hungry, my body still needed nutrients and I take 1-3 of these a day during fasting I could probably fast for a week and never feel bad :) love them!! Have ordered twice and will order more I'm sure!
