Brand new and on time

I bought this book September 2024 , that’s a totally new one ; i logined in online book and used it normally. After winter break, I continued new term on January, then it doesn’t work and ask me to renew , I tried but it’s only show a red notice . So weird… May be something wrong with the book or the seller ? So , poor students should be careful before order
