Ginger Capsules

If I could, I would rate these 10 stars. I started on a GLP1 and my stomach was a mess. These supplements have been a life saver.

I bought these because I read a lot about how they help with digestion and nausea. I think they have greatly helped with digestion and for that they get 5 stars. As far as nausea I'm not sure they work great for it but I will keep using them.

To verify this product as 'real' ginger (only ginger alone was hard to find}: thank you, Pure Mountain Botanicals, Ron and Shelley....To verify real ginger, I opened one capsule and dumped the contents into my mouth. Wow, quite a shock--that unmistakable ginger spicy heat! It's the real deal, folks, and plenty strong. I bought this ginger and a bottle of bioperine to take with my moringa (a tablespoon of kuli kuli powder moringa, +ginger and piperine(as an activator for ginger, turmeric, et.al.) and I do add, yes, turmeric, though it is not statedly part of the 'miracle' formula of moringa and ginger, how can turmeric ever hurt, huh? (research this 'miracle food'. Moringa feeds large groups of people from Asia, India, etc. as a fresh vegetable, picked right off the neighborhood trees----lots of vitamins and minerals and all of the amino acids to make complete protein ! ---what a Godsend for hungry people, huh......Again, great product, great company, and sublime Customer Service. I think this is a quality product and ginger is very good for you so I appreciate the price point and quality.

Top notch, clean product and company. I use ginger and turmeric pills for arthritis in my back/hands. I take two at night and two in morning. Works like magic. Your body has to build up the anti inflammatory properties for it to work well. When I took it randomly, my pain was awful. Now, I have it controlled. I never feel I am destroying my body since it's ingredients are pure, no magnesium sterate (flowing agent) or tricky play on words. If I feel I need little extra, I will take one more turmeric in afternoon. The ginger has helped to warm my body since I always feel cool when temps drop or with a/c on. Plus the coolness effects my arthritis. As long as I take these pills consistently, I experience zero pain. I also recommended the brand, combo to friend's with horrible arthritis pain. They thank me all the time. No more chems needed. In my fingers, I have arthritis in joints from typing. The arthritis was starting to give me knobs which hurt, swell. Not anymore. Inflammation is gone. I never run out and shout the benefits to everyone, anyone with pain. All are believers now. Remember to not forget your dosage.

I love this product. It helped decreased my appetite and craving for sugar and salt. There were no side effects or upset stomach. I hadn't noticed a change in energy level but will monitor from now on. Will be buying again and recommend it.

So I initially bought this product because I have PCOS and I also had some problems in areas such as my joints and I wanted to try a product that can help target some of the inflammation in my body and it took a couple weeks but I definitely can tell a difference and how my body has been feeling and for an added bonus I've also read a lot of the benefits for ginger helping with fighting cancer within the body, nausea issues, and body insulin sensitivity. I'm not a doctor by any means but trying a natural product with little to no side effects sounds like a win for my own self. The pill is easy to swallow and haven't had any issues with taking them
