Does this reduce total harmonic distortion? i am looking at a generator with 20% thd but need to reduce that to run sensitive electronics.

As described and other reviews have stated: this is a voltage regulator, not a surge guard or filter. You need other devices to add in line with it for those other functions.

How many joules protection for each line?

This is NOT a surge protector! This is a line regulator that protects against under or over ac voltage, a must have is your at Naco or Thousand Trails campgrounds! I plug a surge protector into it, then the line to the rig! It indicates other problems with the lights as described.

50 AMP 220 VoltsSteady? Yes. This is the purpose of the the unit. If the voltage from the power main fluctuates, this unit corrects it or shuts the power off to the RV protecting it from over or under voltage.

I have a 50 amp camper and I am on a 30 amp site. Can I adapt up to 50 amp from my 30 amp post

No. You are only going to have the capacity as your source will allow. 30 amp source = 30 amp max usage unless you put an isolation transformer in your setup, which is not practical. This device just cleans up your power and protects your camper from power fluctuations.
