Poorly made and doesn't work
This product is useless. Don’t waste your time or your money. It looks neat (all shiny black and everything) but functionally it does not work. The screw threads that the chuck screws onto are very loose, so the chuck wobbles around and when you actually get it tightened down, the chuck is tilted several degrees off axis with the handle. This basically means that the chuck and thus the drill bit are crooked, and if you drill with it you will make loose or oblong holes, and you will break drill bits. The three jaws inside the chuck are badly machined, and do not close evenly. One of the drill bits I tested was so dull it did not cut wood. I bought it for model building, where it's OK if things aren't perfect. If it's so bad for model building, it will never work for machine work where precision is vital. It’s garbage.

hand drill and clamp are very poorly machined.
drill is lopsided when using the normal drill bits, only the ringed ones that seat to the bottom will sit straight. once the clamp gets "tight" it begins lifting UP substantially. at worst about 1/4 inch lift on the moving half of the clamp.

Well, good for a spare, I guess.....
Bits are really good. Very sharp and cut very well. Unfortunately the vise has flaws... 2 of the 4 holes that hold the soft pins are not fully threaded. Bad because this is the part of the vise we use most. Will have to find a way to get the holes redrilled and retap the threads. A set of taps is probably going to cost the same as the vise did in the first place. The pin drill also has a problem. It won't hold or grip the smaller of the bits snug enuf to drill. The larger of the bits works fine. All in all, I guess pieces can be worked over good enuf to use as a spare, but not the priority tool as it was intended to be
