Vintage Canvas Flight Bag, Multi-Pocket, 22L

Fantastic bag! I took one of the straps off (easy to remove and put back on) and crisscrossed it to make this a sling bag. Got some yellow electrical tape to silence all the metal - it matches the yellow perfectly. It's really comfortable and will hold most of the gear you'd want or expect from a bag like this but doesn't have any real padding - so if you're using it for electronics like laptops or whatnot, get a cheap Amazon basic sleeve at the very least to keep it safe. I really wish I had one of these years ago as it's really well made and durable. Will probably be with me for many, many years. Can't recommend this bag enough.

I love this bag! The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 is because the inside only has one small zipper pocket that is barely big enough to hold a billfold. Other than that its just one big open bag in there. But it's very well made, sturdy and big enough to carry all I need for paramedic class (which is a lot). Yeah, its a little big, but that's a GOOD thing! And it's extremely cool looking which makes it fun to carry. Great bag and a nice price too.

As expected, very heavy duty

This bag did not meet my needs because the canvas was too thin - no padding - but the bag itself, if chosen for carrying only soft material, such as clothing or bedding, was typical Rothco standard. The seams, material and hardware were sturdy. The zipper opens the whole top 3/4 of the bag so you would be able to reach everything quickly and the straps seemed secure. I didn't like the open-top outside pocket, but I suppose there would be advantages to it if you were carrying things you needed to access quickly and had no need for the items to remain secure in the bag if you put it down.

This bag is much bigger than I thought it would be which is nice because I can fit a change of clothes, my netbook and several other items in it as well. The straps are sturdy and don't mind into your arms even when you have a lot of stuff in it. The material use a thick heavy canvas. I will definitely get some use out of this bag.

I purchased this for my son. The inside pocket ripped in the first 2 weeks he had it. The straps don't stay in place when there are just a few books in it, he had to tie a knot under where it feeds through so they wouldn't slip. Now after a few months of use the straps are frayed. The look of the bag he liked but that is it. Over priced and a waste of money.

I really like vintage things, so when i saw that there was a vintage military inspired backpack for 20 buck i jumped ate the buy. I don't regret it at all. great bag, really cute design. I am a college freshman, being a science major, i have to carry a lot of books around. this bag is perfect and it is not to big. It would probably make a great hiking bag too.

Optisch sieht er sehr schön aus, deshalb habe ich ihn mir auch gekauft, JEDOCH ist die Qualität nicht gut! Ich nehme den Rucksack täglich auf die Arbeit (Fahrrad fahrend) mit und er sah nach 1 Monat schon so aus wie auf den Bildern… die Nähte halten wenig und reißen schnell. Und nervig ist auch dass eine Schnalle mal eben aufgeht und der Rucksack+Inhalt auf den Boden kracht. Um ihn als Accessoire einzusetzen reicht er, jedoch nicht um schwerere Gegenstände zu transportieren. Ich bin leider enttäuscht.
