Better than my Foxpro I've been using.
Im very pleased with it, I backed up my sounds on my desktop and added my TT sounds on it. Very quick and to the point. The sounds that Ive tried seem to be pretty good, no distortion in the sounds Ive added. my FoxPro had issues with some I haven't had that with this caller yet.

Works perfectly
This call for the price can’t be beat by any other call on the market. Sounds great, loud sounds, and batteries last long.

So far so good
Tried out the call tonight for the first time. Seemed to work pretty good but no luck on killing anything. So far the only thing I have against this call is the color. Dosent blend in very well. My fix will be a tanned hide wrapped around the call.

Purchased directly from Icotec as a returned item. 25% off with shipping and tax included.
I purchased my Icotec Sabre as a return product directly from Icotec's website.Icotec reformated the Sabre's drive and reloaded the 280 calls.I am guessing that someone tried to load/sync some sounds incorrectly and corrupted the drive.Purchased it at the end of March 2021 with 25% off and a 5 year warranty.Approximately - 1 year and 5 months later - I totally enjoy it.Add the AD450 decoy.I ranch in the Big Empty of TexasI cut my teeth on Lohman hand calls and later on the Johnny Stewart cassette calls.Digital calls like the Sabre make calling predators so much easier.10 batteries in the caller gives you more volume which you probably don't need or want in calling coyotes.Calling Crows - crank it up.Calls/vocalsYou can printout the 280 sound list by googling "allpredatorcalls and icotec-sabre-sound-listing"Copy the list and print, 7 pages (approx 40 sounds per page) starting with 3 pages of coyote vocals. The last 4 pages list sounds for: rabbit distress, bird distress, fox, rodent distress, fawn-sheep-goat distress, bobcat, raccoon, crow, pig, wolf, bucks, elk, geese, bear, African animals and finally turkey. The coyote vocals goes from locating howls to group howls to mating vocals to pup distress. There are more sounds that you can download for free from Icotec's website for the 220 remaining slots.Remote Range:The remote range is a big selling point for me.You can fool a deer's sense of smell with a cover scent but is nearly impossible to fool a wary coyote.I want to be always downwind of a coyote and have a call that will operate even if I have a hill or bluff between the remote and the caller.Batteries:The remote batteries last a long timeIt is easy to forget that the remote is switched on because the remote's screen blanks out to save battery life. Just click a button and it lights back up (red for night time). I have turned off the caller with out turning off the remote. Counter productive for remote battery life. It took forever for the remote to indicate half power and I am still operating the caller beyond a 100 yards. The caller battery life is days. I can't say how many hours I have called. I have replaced the batteries and tested the batteries. All tested in the good range. 10 batteries - gives you that added volume for the few times you may want it.I used to hunt deer but I now get more enjoyment just watching them.My calling of coyotes is more about limiting loss of new born calves and deer population.Calling hogs - Two weeks of feeding from a deer feeder and you will have hogs if hogs range in the area. There are just 5 pig calls. Putting the caller near a deer feeder and playing "hungry pig" works to bring pigs in that are in hearing range of the feeder if the feeder has not gone off. The pigs come in to run the other pigs away. ( Does anyone have the sound of a feeder going off ?????? - maybe I need a feeder remote). There is a youtube (Flexmark Outdoors) that offered a 10% discount. He has a good youtube video for the the Sabre. We conversed via email. My purchase route ended when I saw the 25% off on the refurbished Sabre on Icotec's website. They had tax and shipping included in the price.Happy camper with 3 1/2 years of warranty left.

Get you some batteries. Times a million.
My only complaint is this thing take an appalling amount of batteries. 14.....14 AA batteries, and it's going to soak the juice out of them quickly (4 batteries for the remote, 10 for the unit). My husband set it up and hasn't had a chance to take it out so I will come back here once he does but I wanted to first let everyone know to order rechargeable batteries when you order this. I can say that it's loud, he set it up in the hallway outside of my sleeping baby's room at 10pm and we almost got divorced over it. More details to come, but so far he says this is a good one.
