Hartz Just For Cats Chirping Bird Interactive Plush Catnip Cat Toy

I have one cat that absolutely loves this toy. I always try to have a backup on hand.

I have the Chirping red bird. When I initially pulled the tab that blocks the battery contact, the bird chirped/tweeted loudly for a few seconds. I was initially impressed, but after the initial chirp, it chirped no more. No amount of squeezing or shaking could make the little bird chirp again. I was not about to let my cat play with the bird unsupervised because I knew he would be eating tail feather in a minute. I decided to attach the bird to a string on the end of a rod/fishing pole that I have. To attach the bird to the string, I punched a hole through the back of the bird’s neck. The bird immediately chirped when the hole was punched. I then bobbed the bird up and down while attacked to the string on the pole. Each bob up and down resulted in a clear 6 second chirp. My cat loves it now. Great toy with modification.

New loud different noise on this cat toy my 5 cats enjoy! Chirps alot ! My ROO was carrying it around after the others had played with it! My cats like toys that chirp! I'm always looking for something new for the darlings! A very good buy!!

My cats love this toy! As a matter of fact, after buying the first one, I bought two additional ones. They are bright. The tail feathers are a huge hit. As soon as the toy is moved and starts tweeting, a cat is sure to come running to get it.

This is a very cute toy and my cat loves it. However if you have a bird please think twice about getting this. I have a cockatiel who is flighted and when it chirped she panicked and flew in to the window (she is ok). Because of this I will be donating it to the animal shelter.

I have a chihuahua and cat toys like this are his favorite toy. He is in love with this toy. I will definitely be buying again. This toy is very durable and will last my dog about a year or so and that includes playing fetch with it and him chewing on it

Kitties ruined it within a day but they had an absolute blast doing so, so worth it for me to buy. It still chirps but it is now without feathers and looks like it’s been through the wringer!
