I was taking Alive 50+ Ultra Potency for years. When I went to a plant-based diet two years ago and my eating habits generally improved, I wondered if I needed all the ingredients in that supplement. I was not only feeling bloated after taking it, but I was getting used to seeing neon yellow pee, so I knew a lot of what I was paying for was just passing through my body.My doctors have told me that supplements only make sense if there are specific vitamins you are lacking - otherwise, focus on vitamins in your food - so I wanted to avoid ingesting a kitchen sink of vitamins that I was probably getting elsewhere. Hippo7 is right up my alley, as I did research on what plant-based diets might lack and consistently found that those are the same items that Hippo7 has.With Hippo7, which I have been taking for the past several weeks, I do not feel bloated and the bright yellow experience is gone, making me think that the ingredients are actually being absorbed by my body and doing their job. That's the hope at least.As for the experience of taking Hippo7, I'm not noticing any smell and while the tablets are quite large, the coating helps them go down easily. No issues there. So far, so good.

I've purchased these vitamins in the past, loved them. I ordered them again and as soon as I open the safety cap I get a smelly oil on my hands. The lid is covered in the oil and so are the vitamins. The smell is horrible, after washing it off my hands I could still smell it. There's no way you could put the vitamins in your month with the oil and scent. This is the only place I could find to try and let the company know my experience and see if I can get a bottle that isn't cover with an oily coating that smells.

I don't believe I know of a single other pill that combines these vitamins. This thing has replaced at least 4 other vitamins I used to take separately, and added in Omega-3, which I was missing. The price is pretty steep, but I'm pretty sure it balances out against what I was spending before. I'm looking forward to my next blood test. I feel pretty filled with energy these days. Heavy, sluggish days are very rare to nonexistent. Before, I used to have them all the time.

The supplements had an extremely rancid odor, which I was told indicated spoilage and made them unsafe to consume, and I had to discard them.

I really like this product the first time around and purchased a second bottle to have on hand when I ran out. I opened that bottle last night noticed right away a horrible smell that wasn't there the last time around. Several capsules were split with the contents oozing out over the remaining of capsules. Unfortunately because I ordered ahead of time so has not to run out I just missed my return window. I don't like to do negative reviews but given the cost of these vitamins is very upset that I am now out 40 bucks. So even if you're ordering to keep on stock make sure you open the bottle first and check to make sure they are good.
