Is this good for oily skin? Under makeup?

I have very oily skin and this works really well for me. It is very hydrating, but I don't look like an oil slick wearing it.

How heavy and sticky is this?

I find this to be quite sticky I work outdoors, and, while it gives me great spf protection, on windy days I feel as if there are particles stuck to my face! I like the moisturizing feel of it and the ingredients have no negative reactions for my skin, but it’s heavy stuff.

I have sensitive skin did this make anyone break out?

I have not had an issue with it. I recently saw a news story about a website that evaluates all sorts of products. www.ewg.org. They have a whole section called 'skin deep'.
