Made in China (PRC - Peoples republic of china) My concern is that it's totally sealed, so if you need it, how will you be confident that its good enough to save an injured leg?

A real israeli bandage has gauze that that can be used for wound packing. this doesn't appear to show it. does it have removable gauze?
