This is a very good product, nice consistency, sweet taste, perfect for baking.

This Blackstrap’s Molasses is a tempting ingredient to have around, even price wise, but its uses must be clear as it’s not one of those ingredients that can be widely used. I started with pecan cookies, and must say they added quite an asset to the final product. Then, I realized that short of more cookies this unusual ingredient must be understood in the ways to use it. Thick, dark, and after tasting it quite appealing, but certainly was not planning in consuming this heavy syrupy unique purchase in regular teaspoons. Still, credit where credit might be due, 4.1 Stars.

This is good stuff. I add this to my coffee, tea, smoothies, and even to my pancake batter. I grew up on BSM and it does help me with energy. For the first time, I am thinking of using it on my skin and hair.PROS:-- The taste is not overwhelming. It adds a nice touch of sweetness to coffee and tea. It doesn't take much to get the effects in my beverages. It's a great replacement, IMO, for brown sugar.

This is perfect for all recipes that call for molasses!

Received the product in a box with no packing material. The container broke in the box and was a total mess.

There is a Warning on this product that reads: "Consuming this product can expose you to chemicals including lead and acrylamide, which is known in the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproduction harm."
