Review: Best Magnetic Screen - Best purchase in a long time. We have a sunroom and dogs. We like to keep the door propped open so the dogs can go in and out. Birds start flying into the sunroom. We needed something to keep them out. So we bought this screen. Not only does it look good, but it keeps the birds out and the dogs are still able to go in and out. The one thing I really like about it is the side opening. That way the door doesn’t have to be completely open. It could just be propped open a few inches and the dogs can still get in and out. The sunroom has got a metal frame and i was concerned about using the two sided tape that comes with it because I wasn’t 100% sold on the screen idea. So instead, I used Command Strips. The Velcro on the command strip works perfectly with the Velcro on the screen. After the screen was put up, I would feel comfortable using the two sided tape that comes with the screen.The quality is great. No more birds or flies in the sunroom. It fits amazing, looks great and it’s easy to install.
Review: the best! - If I could give it 10 stars, I would. It solves a problem that I have had - perfectly! I have friends that have this type of magnetic screen that my dogs enjoy using - only they have the standard sized one. I so wanted a magnetic screen for my house but, unfortunately, I have a storm door and an inner door - each opening in the opposite direction so I could not attach it to the outside wall, as most do. I tried using one that hung from an extending pole - and that sort of worked, but the magnet was nowhere near as good as this and it didn't affix too well to the frame of the door. It was better than nothing, but I was hoping for a better solution. This is it!! First, the magnets are super powerful: excellent. They snap right back - securely! Second, you can custom design the opening (side, middle, etc. - any width: excellent! Because I have to still open the screen door at night when the doors are closed, I attached a strap to the door handle and slip it in between the magnetic opening so I have easy access. But best of all you can select any width and length screen. This was the answer to my dilemma. I kept the extending pole from the previous screen and measured the distance to include an extra foot of length. Then draped the screen over the pole and used clips to hold it in place. I only needed 4 binder clips to do the job, and it held up with no issues or adjustments the entire summer. My dogs and I go through this screen with ease! The velcro for this is better than any other screen - once it is on, you don't have to worry about it pulling away (as my other one did) - but at the end of the season, it can be removed. I just can't say enough about this screen - and of course, it keeps the bugs out all summer; and I live in the woods with lots of mosquitoes.

Best purchase in a long time. We have a sunroom and dogs. We like to keep the door propped open so the dogs can go in and out. Birds start flying into the sunroom. We needed something to keep them out. So we bought this screen. Not only does it look good, but it keeps the birds out and the dogs are still able to go in and out. The one thing I really like about it is the side opening. That way the door doesn’t have to be completely open. It could just be propped open a few inches and the dogs can still get in and out. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. It solves a problem that I have had - perfectly! I have friends that have this type of magnetic screen that my dogs enjoy using - only they have the standard sized one. I so wanted a magnetic screen for my house but, unfortunately, I have a storm door and an inner door - each opening in the opposite direction so I could not attach it to the outside wall, as most do. I tried using one that hung from an extending pole - and that sort of worked, but the magnet was nowhere near as good as this and it didn't affix too well to the frame of the door. I am at the end of the SECOND summer with this screen door. I have never had one last this long. ABSOLUTLY worth the money. It was easy to install. The magnets always go back together. My pets learned to "dive" through it easily. I love the everything about this product. When I have to buy a new screen door I will order another from this company!
