I was feeling really sick and found out. I had low iron and low vitamin D. Although I was taking vitamin D supplements, my vitamin D was actually going down. Trying this out now to see if getting it directly into my bloodstream through my cheek will aid in absorption. Since it tastes fresh and minty, it is easy to swallow. I do feel like my energy has improved a little bit. I don’t believe it has any colors and I’m glad it has good ingredients for you. So far, I am really liking this brand for providing another option to pills for vitamins.

I normally get my vitamin D naturally through the sun for at least seven months out of the year. But as soon as autumn arrives, the sun is not powerful enough to give me the vitamin D my body needs. This is a problem for me as I don’t like taking oral supplements because you have to eat a rather large meal for the oral vitamin D to adequately absorb into your body. So this is why I choose ‘transdermal’ vitamin D, as it gets absorbed faster upon skin contact. The Better You Dlux vitamin D spray is both efficient and convenient. After using it for several weeks, my body’s energy levels have increased and my fatigue is starting to disappear. My mood has also uplifted and the sadness I usually feel in winter has gone away. Though, I still have yet to get my blood tested to see if this product has raised my levels into the ‘normal’ range. Yet for the short term, I have definitely noticed a positive improvement in my overall health and it is even helping me to combat my insomnia which is due to low vitamin D levels! This product is pleasant to use and has a very nice minty taste that is not too sweet nor bitter. I also like the ease of application. I spray it directly underneath my tongue and keep it there for 20 seconds and swallow. Afterwards, you’ll start to feel the sensation of this vitamin D do its work! Best of all, this product contains approximately 100 doses of spray. This bottle will last for a solid three months if you use just one spray each day. I highly recommend this vitamin D as it’s affordable, effective and very easy to use! I will definitely be buying more!

My stomach is sensitive to all vitamin D in pill form. This spray has helped tremendously as I try to bring my vitamin D levels up to a normal range.

I'm perpetually vitamin D deficient and for whatever reason capsules and tablets don't do much at least according to labs. The spray mechanism works well and the actual spray isn't gross-tasting. It has a generic sweet taste, it reminds me of sweet tea a bit but with a light little puff of mint. It doesn't leave an aftertaste or any weird texture behind.

After almost 20 years of having way too low Vit D this is the ONLY supplement that has gotten my levels up into the normal range. So easy - just a quick spray each morning (while I'm making my coffee), and it tastes good!

L’être humain l’absorbe naturellement via les rayons du soleil oui mais il en faut plus. Avec les changements climatiques, l’appauvrissement des sols ... Vitamin D is not only recommended by doctors but is taken by most of them. I bought this for elderly parents who just don’t want another pill to take. They have been delighted with it. It’s become a bit of fun in the morning spraying it for each other and doesn’t make them feel old like all the pills do. So psychologically it’s a plus for the older generation. It doesn’t have a bad taste so no water is required to wash away the taste and if it did my parents would soon stop taking it!! With regards to strength, it packs a punch and gives you the recommended daily dose so no quibbles on that front. It will last for 2 months with them both using one spray a day. I might get them to increase it to 2 sprays but at the moment the fact they are actually happily using it is a bonus. It is easily portable, small enough for a handbag but big enough not to need glasses for 😂 As they are still both mentally sharp and physically fit in their 80s I’m not looking for miracles but I will post an update if we notice any amazing effects! Decent value for money, great buy for those looking for an alternative to pills.
