The Winston Grammer Program - Basic Level Student's Workbook Paperback – January 1, 1995

This workbook does not come with the card set that is essential to follow the Winston Grammar system, so although it's a great product, it's missing pieces. And I purchased two, so it's no mistake.

This was in poor condition.

You can get the teacher's manual, student manual and cards for $44 on the Winston Grammar website and even cheaper if you search the internet. You need all three for this to be useful. It's a great program.

We are enjoying this workbook. All 3 of my children use this level of Winston grammar and I have noticed a big difference in their understanding. And if you ask the kids if they like it, they'd say "yes!" I

This is a workbook with sentences in it.Apparently children are to label parts of speech.This is nothing you cant get from copying a reader in the child's grade and finding the nouns, verbs etc.The teachers manual is sold separately.Apparently there are also grammar cards sold separately.Expect to pay a great deal of money to have sentences to label re parts of speech.I would not have purchased this if I knew the contents.Make your own flashcards for parts of speech. Perhaps you can even use different color index cards.
