Easy to put together and sturdy
I love these bar stools. They are sturdy. They are easy to put together. They work as advertised. Adjusting the height is no problem. They also look great with a ruby red and polished metal clean finish.

Easy to Put Together
This is my second purchase of bar stools. The first ones had a huge round base, to large for my needs. This is style is smaller and fits under my counter top nicely. The fabric is similar to leather and the seat is comfortable. I like the two I bought and will buy two more.

Good value
Bought these for the kids video game console, they are super easy ro assemble, 4 bolts each stool, and are pretty comfortable and study for the cost, the kids don't weigh enough to adjust the shock down, but that's better than them falling down when an adult sits on them, and keeps them from bouncing up and down on them. Cover material feels pretty durable and expect them to last awhile.

Using for pottery wheel standing perch
Needed a bench for partly standing at a raised pottery wheel to compensate for disability of the back.. Surprised that this has worked out really well! Lots of expensive stools out there claiming to be for that purpose but this was much less expensive and has been a really nice stool for the occassional use I needed it for. Its very lightweight too, easy to move for other uses and easy to raise and lower. So glad i took a risk and bought it.

Amazing for the price
My kitchen is still under construction but I was tired of waiting to get stools. I spent forever researching them and they were quite expensive. I decided I needed something adjustable and really wanted something that swiveled. I found these and figured they would be of poor quality but at least I'd have something and I'd figure out something permanent later. I was shocked by the ease in putting them together and how solid and heavy they are. They look great and I don't think I'll have to find anything to replace them. They aren't the most comfortable but I think they will become more comfortable when we wear in the seats a bit. Overall, amazing quality and great price!

This sleek, adjustable-height, swivel bar stool fuses multifunctionality and style
For our balcony birdwatching, we were seeking a fashionable, colorful and multi-functional, backless round stool that could swivel and be raised and lowered. That’s what we envisioned, and exactly what we received. We’re delighted with how this sleek, adjustable-height, swivel bar stool fuses multifunctionality and style. We like that when we spot a bird from inside our loft that’s adjacent to our balcony, we can glide right over, slide onto the swivel seat, and press a knob to adjust our eye to see into the monocular mounted on the balcony railing. We appreciate the adjustable height of the classy chrome base, and the faux leather swivel seat. Such style and grace, this chair. It wasn’t all that difficult for a senior citizen to assemble either.

Looked Good Out of the Box
Looked good out of the box but had issues! The "Chrome Metal" base finish pitted with rust spots within 2 months of sitting under our bar in our gazebo even though they were covered when not in use. I had to sand, prime and use metal paint to cover rusted base. They hydraulics are extremely difficult to work with. It takes 2 strong people pushing down hard to adjust the height. On the positive side, the swivel function works great and the seats are comfortable if you have a small butt! The stools fit easily under the bar counter and wide base provides stabilization. Pretty sure I'll need to replace these stools in the near future.

Good value for the money
One of the screw hole was misaligned on one of the stools so I had to shimmy the screw in to secure the seat.It doesn't compromise the sturdiness of the stool in any way, just made the assembly a little bit more complex.Comfortable stools otherwise. A good value for the money.

A good buy
We bought these stools for our kitchen island. They are comfortable and simply styled. We like the fact that we adjust the height to suit counter or bar height.

Decent for the price
The metal base appears to be quite sturdy, and is the same style as seen on higher priced versions. The air-shock works well.--Note to people who have never assembled one of these: you have to take of the protective plastic cap to expose the mechanism button before assembling to the seat. Also, once dropped into the base it wedges itself in tight, and is difficult to disassemble. Do not smack then end with a hammer to loosen it, you risk knocking of the fasterner clip and having the shock pop out. If you are using a tool to disassembly, make sure to hit the solid metal ring, not the center area. You may see complains that the unit would not adjust or the seat was very wobbly for assembly, this is because they haven't removed the plastic cap prior to assembling the seat. The seat material itself is Just OK. Not the thickest, and one of our showed up improperly upholstered. The seller was fair with us and worked with us for returning the defective item. So I can't fault the customer service we received, because it was very good. What would make these a 5 star stool is much thicker seat material that has been stretched over preloaded foam.

workmanship
One of the chairs was fine. The other one, if it was in a store, we would not have bought it. The upholstery on the cushion is put on too loose. When I sit on it, it pulls and wrinkles.
