Seems to work fine as a 360 controller emulator.
Took a chance it would emulate an XBox controller and it seems to be working for CoinOps games fine on my arcade setup, so I'm happy.

No paperwork or instructions. Powers on in PC/PS3 mode every time
The board works well. But no instructions or support information. It comes by default in PC/PS3 mode and I can switch it to Xbox360 mode fine. But it powers back on in PC/PS3 mode every time. I can’t find any customer support for instructions anywhere.

Massive design flaw for PC/Xbox - You will need an extra button...
Let's be real; most of us would buy this for the Xbox 360 compatibility only. You have to manually switch it to Xbox Mode everytime on PC (is using Mame Cabinet with Steam) by using an extra "HOME/MODE" button to activate it... because this thing is STUPIDLY set to PS3 Mode by default.If you unplug or cut power from the outlet to your system, it will reset to PS3 Mode no matter what. There is no way around this.And yes, this is labaled as "XBOX" Model in the Amazon purchase choices.Don't waste your time and money on this.
