Aircast Cryo/Cuff Cold Therapy: Ankle Cryo/Cuff, One Size Fits Most

After my husbands foot surgery this was a so helpful in his recovery! Worked perfectly with the Aircast machine that we had from his knee surgery. Would highly recommend.

I love this icing boot!! This is a life saver after may ankle and foot surgery! Ice packs are so hard to keep in the proper place. This boot cools my whole ankle and foot perfectly! My husband had the cooler and knee cuff for his knee surgery. We simply ordered this attachment for my foot. Perfect!

I received an Aircast cryo/cuff foot boot and cooler from my surgeon after surgery to repair my fractured ankle. It didn't work so great with all the post-surgery bandaging nor with the cast after that. But the cast is off and I am finally able to use it for the intended effect and I liked it so much I bought another cooler and foot cuff to keep at work (because I am the idiot who won't stop working even if non-weight bearing). My one single complaint is that I wasn't able to buy this boot from an HSA/FSA approved vendor.

The cuff is very good at delivering ice cold water to all areas around the foot and ankle, but as a small woman this should really be available in multiple sizes like some of the other cryo cuffs. Even with a swollen ankle, I am near the very end of all of the Velcro straps with lots of excess ends flapping around.

This is the 2nd ankle-cuff I have purchased. I loaned my 1st one out and forgot who I loaned it to. Amazing product from both a cold compression anti-swelling as well as an excellent pain reducing product. You won't go wrong by buying this product.

After ankle surgery, needed icing. This cuff was easy to wrap around the ankle and did a very good job of icing using the Aircast, gravity fed cooler. If you have an older model Aircast Cooler, the hose is probably not compatible with the Ankle cuff receptor. Just order the new tube with the ankle cuff and you're good to go.

I’ve had a lot of orthopedic surgery, I just had my 10th… One of the best investments I’ve ever made for home recovery has been the Aircast Cryocuff IC. I had my previous unit for over 16 years and the motor finally gave out. So I decided to replace the unit and both my knee and ankle pads. The knee pad is great, however the ankle pad does have Velcro issues. When removing the pads, I do have to be careful as to not remove the entire Velcro from the pad itself. I had seen a few others write reviews that mentioned the velcro coming off the pad, and I can confirm that this is definitely an issue. Still super glad I purchased this, I know this is going to speed my recovery, but slightly disappointed that this probably won’t have the longevity my first one had. Oddly enough it seems to be limited to the ankle. The knee pad isn’t having the same issue.

I had surgery to repair 2 cut tendons, the cast was removed after 10 days and my foot and ankle were swollen like a balloon, I had used the cryo system on a prior shoulder surgery in 2012. I purchased the ankle cryo boot which was almost 10 yrs after my shoulder surgery. The boot attached to the original system and this saved me a lot of pain and stress after the surgery and enabled me to sleep. I highly recommend this product!

This ice boot really works, it reduced the swelling in my ankle within 3 days of use. I also have the ice knee version. Both work with the water canister cryo cuff and connects easily.
