Fantastic Flavor
This has always been my preferred brand of fresh mozzarella cheese. I always get pre-sliced cheese to make homemade mozzarella sticks for my family. They also melt as expected, are made from quality ingredients, and have the best flavor out of all the brands I have tried. I typically prefer getting the 16 oz since it is usually less expensive, but this seemed pretty good on sale. I will get it again.

Sliced mozzarella log
A must have for mozzarella and tomato pasta salad. It's a good brand. It's already sliced, so good for sandwiches or what ever you need thick sliced mozzarella for. Good cold with some olive oil and basil.

I’ve been buying Bel Gioioso products for years, especially for recreating my at home italian sandwich cravings and these pre‑sliced mozzarella logs are another solid option from them. The flavor is clean and milky, and the texture is soft without being mushy which is exactly what you want from fresh mozzarella. The slices are evenly cut, which makes them perfect for quick sandwiches, caprese, or tossing onto homemade pizzas when I don’t feel like prepping a whole ball of cheese. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is the portion size. The 8 oz log disappears fast, especially if you’re using it for multiple servings. A slightly larger option would make this an easy five‑star staple for me. Still, the convenience and quality are hard to beat. If you like fresh mozzarella but don’t want the hassle of slicing it yourself, this is a great pick.
