Does this product have a fragrance or smell of any kind?

i think it does have a faint smell. Kind of sweet. Doesn’t linger just smells when you apply it. It not the greatest but by no means stops me from using the product

How do i use this? do i apply it all over the face like a moisturizer and let it sit or do i let it stay on the skin for some time and wash it off?

Agree with seller's comment. Apply to clean fresh washed skin. Apply lightly and let it absorb. Works best underneath other products. So if you wear moisturizer or makeup apply before these other products.
