This was one of the final additions to my lockdown (sort-of) home gym. A big bike crash, a few months ago, mean that I'm doing rehab work on a damage left leg and this is a good for low-impact exercises. I wanted something solid and a bit bigger than a mini-trampoline or a rebounder, as I'm over 6' tall and 16-17 stone and it needs to be sturdy. Size-wise, this looked good and I also liked the full bungee cord design - rather than springs - so it would (hopefully) be relatively quiet to use, and it can also take up to 150kg (330lbs) which is about 100lbs more than I currently weigh. It was pretty quick to install, just open / fold it out and use the attached tool to help stretch the remaining bungee cords over the holders (as it comes with every other cord unattached so that the trampoline will unfold more easily) and then add the handle / handlebars. It took me about 15 minutes from opening the box to trying it out. The bouncing area is a good size (c.1m wide all round) and it can deal with a big old unit like me with no problems. You can find lots of bounce trampoline sessions online (YouTube), to work out along to, and a 10-20 minute session is more than enough to burn some calories and work lots of muscles. A good, solid, piece of workout kit.

A good quality item. Two of us assembled it and it took less than ten minutes. It was easy enough. The padding is very well put together. Stitching seems tight and robust. The rubber feet on the legs prevent slipping and they are effective. We find the springs are good and tense. It has a good bounce and it doesn't lift when jumping on it. Relatively quiet too. We're impressed with it.

This is a great purchase to keep the kids happy and fit. We have been stuck at home with the lock down plus it’s too cold for outdoor. The product quality is very good and relatively heavy. I thought this trampoline was going to be hard to assemble. It took very little time putting it all put together. The trampoline is small but it still a very good for its size. It’s easily fordable, place into a provided bag and put away. My daughter enjoyed jumping on it and off onto sofa. She uses it for sitting down and watching a movies and even put her play tent on top of it . The wife uses it for exercise bouncing and it supposed to raise your heart rate so I think it will make a good exercise tool for all of us. I think it was a good idea to buy.

I just received my trampoline....I got the larger one with 8 sides. It seems sturdy and well made. The instructions, however, were really bad, and difficult to follow. I was surprised by other easy it was to assemble, but it sounded like we got different instructions! I’m looking forward to using it for fitness.

I really like this mini-trampoline - I have had it for 3 months so can safely review it with some experience. The tension is great, it is strong, has great bounce and I really enjoy working out on it. However, you need to be careful of loosening legs during a workout. I have to stop once or twice during each workout as some of the legs start to loosen from the motion of the exercise. At first, it seemed to be 2 of the legs but now I am tightening 4 - 5 legs per workout. It's not a big deal - I know when they are loosening, I can hear it and feel it but it is a safety issue, if you're not aware of it.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  The kids tried to hijak this but I'm keeping it as an exercise trampoline for me and my hubby so they don't damage it.Lovely and strong ... easily holds a typical adult. I've found some exercise instructionals on you tube and follow them generally. It folds in half then stores easily under our bed. Fantastic while the gyms are still closed in lockdown.

Easy to assemble, easy to store. Very compact and very strudy! Love this trampoline. It is unbelievably good quality. Me and my husband are both exercising now and it is brilliant for cardio exercises! So easy to use. Very firm when you stand on it. I love that it is very compact it folds and it makes it very easy to store. Brilliant value for money!!!

I bought this after having 2 other faulty rebounders.This one is by far the best. It is SILENT! It's very strong and the elastic is much better than the springs.It needs 2 people to fold up but when it does it's small and easy to store.It's higher than a lot of rebounders which is worth baring in mind if you have low ceilings.An EXcellent product
