I have been using this product for quite some time. For those who do not know, SOD is an endogenous antioxidant meaning that it is one of the antioxidants created by the body as opposed to exogenous antioxidants such as Vitamin C or E. SOD is quite effective of neutralizing certain oxidants - these oxidants create problems, that is why antioxidants are so helpful. Keep in mind that antioxidants work as a team. I found it quite helpful to supplement a full spectrum of antioxidants and I usually cycle them which means I do not take the same every day with the exception of Vitamin C and E. I will give a recommendation for Quali C which is the best C IMO and if you take Vitamin E, make sure it is the natural form (not synthetic which is labeled as DL).

Excelente producto, llevo mas de 6 meses tomando este SOD. El precio es insuperable para los beneficios y la cantidad del producto; tengo diabetes y 41 años, tengo sobrepeso y SOP, y he observado lo sgte desde que consumo el producto:*La glucosilada bajo de 11,6 a 6,7, ya no necesito la insulina y estoy a poco tiempo de salir del programa cronicos de mi EPS.*Por la diabetes tan complicada que tenia, esta en control con el nefrologo que me habia pronosticado que en unos años iba a necesitar dialisis, pero a la fecha de hoy el riñon que tenia afectado ya esta a un 80% de mejoria.*Ya no tengo debilidad, dolores musculares y estoy mas activa.* Tenia principios de glaucoma y mi vision estaba deteriorandose muy rapido, hace poco visite al oftamologo y el principio de glaucoma es inperceptible y mi vision como de 30 años, tanto asi que solo necesito lentes para trabajar en el computador, porque aunque tengo inicios de miopia (muy normales por la edad) NO necesito lentes todavia.*Adicional, debido al SOP mis periodos eran muy doloroso, abundantes y prolongados, pero ya de hace 3 meses para aca se hanregulado y no son tan dolorosos.*Lo que otros usuarios han descrito acerca de la resaca...es cierto, he salido ha tomarme unos tequilas y al otro dia como nueva, igual que a mis 20 años...jejeje.*Ya no se me cae tanto el cabello y tengo pelitos nuevos...super chevere.NO LO DUDES, compralo...te ayudara bastante.PD: Por si se agotan, ya tengo en mi cajon 7 frascos para aprox unos 6 meses mas, ya que mi esposo y yo lo tomamos

I am 36 years old, 260lbs, 6'1" and I've been bald for most of my adult life. I cant say that this is a miracle supplement but I've noticed some differences after taking a bottle of the stuff. I just placed a second order so I figured I'd give a review since I'm here. Being a large guy I take 3 caps in the morning and 3 caps before bed. The first thing I've noticed is that I'm able to drink more beer without feeling the effects of the alcohol. I noticed this over a 3-day holiday weekend and thought it would be great to knock off a few beers. Drunk a 6 pack and a few cocktails over the course of an afternoon and evening and still walked around the house like I was stone cold sober. It still came out just as fast as it went in though. Second, minor cuts, scratches, and scrapes heal over a little faster. I work outdoors and its no big deal to get my hands and legs scratched up throughout the day. I dont use Band-Aids usually so I get those little burns from having a raw scratch but it seems that after a day I dont feel it. Lastly, and most unexpectedly is some slight fuzz coming in on the top of my head. I normally shave my head and face about once every two weeks for the past 10-11 years but literally just this evening I saw some "new grass" poking up on the top of my head. That's actually what made me reorder to be honest. It's not a lot up there but it made me lean into the mirror to see what the hell was going on because its been barren for a long time. Either way, long as the price is reasonable I'll keep ordering.

I've been taking this product on and off for 3+ years nowPositives:1. As other reviewers have posted, it really does reduce a post meal exhaustion crash, in fact, it has almost eliminated it entirely for me.Also, I feel more mentally acute throughout the day.2. I've also noticed that my hunger has drastically decreased from where it used to be before taking this supplement. I simply don't get hungry between meals anymore, and only a little after 5 hours.3. I've noticed that my eyes feel less strained throughout the day, can focus better also.4. I've noticed its easier to fall asleep and stay asleep with a better balanced immune system via anti-oxidants.Negatives1. My intestines were un-accustomed to this type of herbs and SOD w/catalase and took a while to adjust. But once you adjust, no problems.2. A slight feeling of bloatedness and slight intestinal discomfort that has receded after 3 weeks of use, but occasionally shows up. But it's useful since you don't get hungry as often3. My stools have gotten a tad harder and I even had a small amount (less than half a teaspoon) of blood with one or two bowl movements when I began taking 3 pills per day. However my intestines seem to have adjusted after 3 weeks, and I no longer get these types of movements and instead I think they are far healthier now than they were before I began. Fiber supplements may help your body adjust better. Recommend easing into taking this supplement so you don't over-whelm your body that doesn't have enzymes used to breaking down these types of ingredients.I will review more when I've taken it for 3 months, then again at 6 months. it is too soon to see any effects like skin quality, or hair color / grey hair returning to color. but here's hoping.Edit: Been taking for 3+ years now.Still feel healthier. I'm 38 years old and I still get carded for looking young. I took some last week before drinking rum and gin heavily and my buzz went away within two hours, and I felt normal afterward. I average 1-2 pills a day. and take 2 days off a week from them. I just gave blood a few weeks ago, and the nurses were amazed at the test results, my blood was acting like mid-20 year old.I sort of feel like this supplement helps your body maintain balance. I've noticed I can tolerate peanut butter a LOT better than I used too. In fact, foods that used to make me feel queezy or sick, my body handles them better. As far as skin health, I have much less inflammation than before taking these.June 2016: 9 months taking these now, have not gained any new gray hairs, but haven't seen any go back in color either. In fact several people remark that I look 2-3 years younger than I am. My eye sight is also slightly improved with these, mostly it seems clearer. Also, I can be outside for an hour or more without sunscreen and have no burns.~My 70 yr old mother has been taking them for 1.5 months and is having a blood test in January, she is labeled pre-diabetic, but otherwise healthy. Will report if that changes in review at that time.~She got results back on her blood test and no significant changes were detected in her pre-diabetic levels, which I view as a good thing, but she says she's sleeping better.~ a few months later, and I can tell she has more color in her skin than 6 months ago, overall healthy improvement ( June 2016 )2019, I stopped taking for a year, and have noticed my skin still staying younger, but a few more grey hairs, so starting back up again. Also, the price of these has returned down to a more affordable amount.
