DHM is one of the active ingredients in name brand hangover aids like Cheers restore use to reduce the effects of hangovers. I swear by these. I take 1 after a few drinks. And then make sure to take 2 before bed. I absolutely swear my hangover isn’t anything like it is without them!They are really big. But I don’t really care. I take them with some water and I really do feel better in the AM. Doesn’t take a hangover away, but get used to these & forget to take them, you notice by a long shot!

I literally take 2,000-3,000mg for every 3-5 standard drinks, plus lots of water. for me, it strongly alleviates the hangover and makes it end much sooner.

These will not cure a hangover, obviously, but they do make it much more manageable.Stupid thing to complain about but these pills are ENORMOUS, they're almost comically-sized.HOWEVER, they have more DHM per pill for the price than anything else.Buy these and take a quality B complex vitamin instead of wasting your money on overpriced stuff like Cheers or Flyover or whatever.

This along with a couple of milk thistle prevent a hangover after a night of too much partying! It really works!

Bought it because it was cheaper but didn’t work as well as my previous brand and the pills are even bigger and harder to swallow. I don’t recommend it

I drink like I'm still 20. I'm not by a good two decades (and no, I don't need your shade/comments on my lifestyle choices, thanks). I do everything I can to stay healthy (drink lots of water, eat right, exercise, maintain good weight etc). However, the dranks are starting to take their toll, despite all the liver/kidney tonics I take too and having "within range" blood results.Enter this miracle herb! I take this along with Acetyl L-Carnitine (1500 mg) and Glutathione, once upon waking and again 30 min before evening drinking. Feeling hungover is now rare, my eyes are noticeably less bloodshot/watery AND apparently, it'll be good for post-recovery too. Once I'm ready for that step. In the meantime, this is the best!
