Can i put 2 to 3 cards in the pop up without falling off?

Yup. Just tried it. I tried with only 2 cards, as well as only 3. They won’t fall out.

For those who used this for 1 year, do the cards rub on sach other a lot when you open it. Does it ruin the numbers on the card?

No I haven't had a problem with the rubbing of of the numbers. What I did have a problem with is the slide lever doesn't work for raising the cards it stopped working 1 week after purchase. It looks cool and feels great in the back pocket, but I wouldn't buy this again. My recommendation is DONT BUY TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

What's the width of the outer/front pocket? Does a 2.4-inch card fit there?

The width of the front pocket is 5.4 cm. The largest card it can fit is the regular sized credit card.

Can’t get my cards to pop up and they are stuck. How can I get them out without breaking the wallet

The switch at the bottom should make them pop up. If not, try tweezers to grab one.
