Welcome I actually got a chance to use this one last night. It is a pretty standard cleaning kit. The only thing that they forgot in my view is the extension that you would normally slide the cleaning pads into. They did send somewhat of a push rod that's flexible i'm not exactly sure what that was about, but I used it for that purpose to push the pad threw the barrel. Overall comment is really unremarkable comment it worked well all the tools are durable, and I think it's a good value for what you get they do include quite a few things commas such as brushes in many cleaning pads. Although I had my own, it would be worth the extra price, if they would include lubrication, in bore cleaner even if it was in a small sealed tube as a measure of good will. Anyway, I used it Brushes were helpful, basically I used most of what was in the kit and there's a sufficient amount of pads and several different types of brushes, meaning the copper abrasives that fit on the end of the pushrod. Overall, I would say this is a good value and I would recommend it well worth the expenditure, because it's convenient, you don't have to carry a bunch of stuff around with you, it doesn't take up too much space and I really did like the case, they stuffed as much as they possibly could into this case including a couple of extra bottles that you can put your own solution in, and your own lubrication if you so choose, in my case I already had my own, but if you didn't he would find these a pleasant surprise. Very thoughtful.

This appears to have all the tools needed for pistol cleaning. I can't say anything about durability, since I haven't used it, but I'm an experienced gun cleaner and this strikes me as a good quality, inexpensive kit. All the pieces that should screw together do so smoothly, except for one brass jag which stops about a millimeter short of all the way home in every female connection. I don't think that this will be of any consequence. The two needle tipped squeeze bottles are a very useful addition. Trust me, no (almost) bottle of gun lube comes with a fine enough applicator to avoid over oiling then cleaning away excess. These will. The carrying case is nice, but it's thicker than needed and shorter than ideal in the longest dimension, and the form fitting insert for each piece does NOT have a slot for each piece, nor are the pieces hassle free to place in and remove from their slots. I removed the form fit insert. Now I have room for an extra gizmo or two and I find it easier to access the pieces I want with them loose. One more thing: a hinged lid case which lies flat as a 5 sided closed box would be preferable to a fold open case because there would be less chance of a piece falling out. Glad I bought it.

Again… the .357 Magnum and 9mm ARE INTERCHANGEABLE / COMPATIBLE AS ONE! I like the thick “T” push dagger handle. It has threads in the brass under the “T” so you can screw your brass cleaning rods into it; 1 brass rod, or both brass rods for an even longer extended length -AND YOU CAN EXTEND IT EVEN FURTHER IF YOU SCREW IN THE CABLE WIRE! But for most handgun barrels 1 to 2 brass cleaning rods is all you need. Screw in your copper wire barrel brush depending on your handgun / pistol style firearms caliber size (9mm / .357 Magnum, 22LR, .40, or .45) into your brass cleaning rod, now screw that brass cleaning rod with your copper wire barrel brush attached into the black plastic “T” push handle and get pushing that into your barrel and begin removing that carbon build up or other debris in your barrel. This little compact weapons cleaning kit comes with the wire cable cleaner. You attached one of those long oval shaped brass pieces with the cut out in the middle, and you screw that into your wire cable cleaner, put one of the white cloth squares into that slim oval brass cutout in that long oval brass piece, (leaving the white cloth hanging in the middle freely) screwed into your wire cleaning cable and then pull that through your barrel a few times to clean carbon out from your barrel… or you can use the brass push rods screwed into that black plastic push “T” handle with that brass piece with a white cloth square in the middle and run that through your barrel a few times. I wish this weapons cleaning kit came with a copper wire brush along with the white plastic bristle brush they provide. The white plastic bristle brush is stiff though. I LOVE how they give you two precision oil drop bottles with the metal stem… very, very, nice! And very useful to apply oil in tiny places with precision. It comes with a silver metal dental scraper thing, to scrape off carbon buildup. Those other four brass cylinder objects with the brass pin sticking out the top middle look like some kind of thing that may have to do with the firing pin in your semi-automatic pistol. I do not know. Overall this seems to be a Good, Compact / Transportable Weapons Cleaning Kit for handguns / pistol style firearms in the: 22LR, .357 Magnum, 9mm, .40, .45 calibers. It would be valuable if they also sold this Weapons Cleaning Kit in a Hard Case option as well. I would honestly give this product overall a solid 4.6 stars out of 5 stars.

This is a good on the go set to have. They are not ment to last long term but for the price on sale it is a good set. Prob get 14 to 18 months when used once a month keeping your handgun clean and ready.
