Helps with sleep!
My doctor recommented Mucinex Nightshift to help me sleep. He said it's non habit forming which is important to me. It works well enough. Takes me about 30 minutes to fall asleep and many nights I can get 4 to 5 hours before waking up. I can usually fall back asleep for at least another hour.

This is good stuff I use this for nighttime it's not the best tasting ,but what medicines are ,no complaints, I just prefer effervescent plop plop fizz fizz alka seltzer that's just me ,but yea this liquid does what it says ,NO complaints
