Lovely Natural materials helpful for relaxing it comes in a nice bag which can be used for other things as well. The filling in the pillow can be reduced to suit everyone in mine i just added some dried lavender.What I don't like is that needles felt a bit sharp from the start but I guess things takes time.

I had bought another mat before and it wore out very quickly. After buying this one, I realized the difference. This one is really good. The nails are hard but I didn't want soft ones anyway. The fabric and quality are exactly what I was looking for.

Cet ensemble convient au massage d'acupuncture de n'importe quelle partie du corps. Il a des aiguilles modérément pointues sur les éléments de massage qui ne blessent pas la peau. Le tapis est assez grand. À mon avis, le fabricant aurait dû ajouter une rangée supplémentaire d'éléments de massage sur l'oreiller. Le massage des pieds est plus efficace sur un oreiller. L'ensemble est placé dans un beau sac en lin naturel. Il est pratique à transporter.

Ich hatte vor 7 Jahren einen Bandscheibenvorfall, und bis heute habe ich bei langen stehen Ausfallerscheinungen im rechten Fuß/Bein es wird taub und ich bekomme Schmerzen im Wirbel S2-S3 (über dem Po) . Wenn ich mich auf die Matte lege ohne Shirt und ohne Hose dann passiert erstmal gar nix, nach einer Minute fängt dann der Körper an zu arbeiten und nach 15 Minuten steht man auf und denkt man kommt aus der Sauna. Der komplette Rücken ist rot und durchblutet! Meine Beschwerden waren dann für 3 Wochen verschwunden!Zum Produkt: Kann ich nicht viel sagen, es ist sehr sehr gut verarbeitet und kommt dazu noch in einem Praktischen Beutel was mir sehr gefällt denn somit kann ich es mit auf Reisen nehmen ohne das es viel Platz einnimmt!Preis/Leistung ist top kann ich nur empfehlen!
