For the price this is a good value set. The netting is a hard plastic net and not material and is not a fine mesh as is described. If you only need this to remove leaves then it would be great but smaller floating debris goes through the net. It would not be suitable for swimming pools as the pole is just over a metre long so wouldn't reach the bottom. The fixings to release the head to change them are also fiddly and difficult to push in making swapping the nets a pain.So if you have an easy up 10 or 12ft pool and just need to remove leaves and don't need to keep changing the nets then I would recommend this but if your pool is bigger and you want to remove fine debris (fruit flies etc) then it's not really for you. I am going to keep it but I will be replacing the netting with a micromesh net then it will be spot on for what I bought it for.

Not very sturdy

The net was advertised as a pool net; I can only say they must mean children’s paddling pool.Totally useful to clean a swimming pool as it has a reach of approximately 3 feet.

Bought this kit for use in hot tub. Would have been really useful, except the Flat Net supplied is damaged, only used twice and clearly it is pulling away from the side frame. So very disappointing and now created more work in order to return the whole set for a refund. I know the sellers are busy but I do wish they would check before sending out faulty goods. Only rated as 2 stars as would have been a good purchase if not substandard.
