Was good for the first few months then it just stopped working on the dial where it tells the pressure, I contacted there customer service and they immediately issued a refund which was very nice as it was in the year warranty still

Very flimsy and the pressure gauge doesn’t even work so waste of timeUPDATE after contacting the seller the pump was promptly replaced - great customer service and this one works fine

It works, does the job but feels uncomfortable in actual use.
This pump now lives on my bike frame and has been used twice after punctures to inflate a replacement tube. Inflation is quite quick if not super-rapid but the slot in the grip handle designed to accommodate the extended tube is most uncomfortable to grip. I kept my cycling glove on while using it. Otherwise, OK

Unfathomably hard to use. Would not recommend.
Unfathomably hard to use. The pressure guage is unreliable to begin with, showing no pressure when there was clearly plenty of air in the tyre. Incredibly difficult to push the pump in. You have to hold the handle just right because it keeps trying to fold back down. To begin with, no matter how much I pushed the pump, the guage just wasn't going up. I kept unscrewing the valve because I thought maybe I hadn't connected it properly. I was sat on the gravel getting really frustrated. In the end I had to put the guage part on the floor while wedging the pump itself between my knees and use both hands and upper body weight to push the pump in fully as fast as I could. It was a full work out before I even got on the bike!This is not my first rodeo with bikes. I'm 41 and for half of my life cycling has been my main mode of transport from when I was a teenager. I have pumped up many a tyre. My boyfriend is also an avid cyclist and he found it difficult and confusing.Really disappointed as I'd read some of the reviews and thought I'd found a decent budget pump that ticked all the boxes. Unfortunately not. I should have watched the video reviews. They say it all really.Would not recommend.

Cheap feel but mine was alright.
Cheap build quality however it works, even the pressure gauge. So I guess I’m lucky as there are bad reviews- due to its cheap feel it may not last long. Perfectly fine after 5-10 uses, and a short time.
