I was using this cream to remove sunspots from my face, and it worked. It doesn't totally remove the spot entirely, but does lighten it up so much that it was very hardly visible from a distance of more than 1-2ft. I certainly can't tell I have sunspots when looking normally into a bathroom mirror.
