Great entry level motherbord
Got this motherboard for my first ever pc build. The boot up process went well and the website provides great service/information for all the drivers!

Missing parts.
Motherboard was suppose to have 2x SATA cables, IO Shield, Installation Manual, and Driver Setup DVD. The box I received ONLY came with the Motherboard (obviously), the DVD, and the installation manual. Otherwise it was missing the SATA cables and rear IO shield. Two pretty important pieces.

USB 2 & 3 Front Ports Do Not Function Correctly
Bought this board about 6 months ago and it has been sitting unused since the USB Front Ports don't work. I start the board up about once every month looking for more updates but they never fix the problem. Have implemented every suggestion Biostar Tech. Support has recommended. Ports still don't work.Biostar Technical Support doesn't seem to think this is a very big problem or they would have fixed it by now. And this is really sad since the other functions run as smooth as silk. It is a good budge build board but without front USB support it's no go for me.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTHER BOARD. I have a new MSI B450 board arriving in a few days. The Biostar board will be place for sale in my local newspaper for $25.00

Bad return policy
Just saw this email saying I won't be getting a full refund for pc parts that didnt work because i didnt send them back in the same manner i received them. If they worked i could understand but they didn't.

Do not buy
MB failed after less than 40 hours of use. I am unable to get bios to even load. MB is therefore completely dead. I have tried setting up a Biostar VIP account two different methods and neither worked. Website appears broken. I have absolutely zero recourse through amazon or Biostar. I am just out $100.
