Top of line quality Works very good

We first received this back in December for my daughter’s birthday party. Unfortunately, the first unit was defective and started smoking. We easily returned it and quickly received a replacement. Life was busy, so we finally just set it up and it is currently the savior of summer vacation. My kids are LOVING it.

I tried 3 different machines and all 3 came in beat up boxes and each one had different reasons it wouldn't work. The mics wouldn't stay connected on one and the machine had to stay plugged in and would randomly shut. Off then it took over a month for my return. Horrible Update. So despite me writing this review before it ever got sent back, they took 23 dollars from the return because it was damaged. Of course it was, it was that way when I got it. There is no way to get my money back and there is no real customer service. Do not purchase

I like to research everything, especially after I make some bad purchases on things like karaoke machines. I wanted a karaoke machine for my daughters birthday party and was researching, when my husband took it upon himself to order this machine without my approval!lol. Needless to say, he is a very lucky man that this machine is really great and has been a big hit at every family function! The sound of the speaker is really good and, in my opinion, makes everyone sound better! It is extremely convenient to take places. The wireless microphones are so great and people can sit or stand wherever they want. They are not stuck next to the machine. It also has a really cool light feature that you can turn on or off. Overall, I think that this was one of the best purchases my husband has ever made! We love it and hope it continues to work great for us!

Sound was great and all, just that it wasn't able to connect to TV as they mention. Tried so many ways. With the new technology cables not they should have done it HDMI or so. At the end couldn't connect sound to TV at all with the audio out. No sound came out switch to all different mode.

Perfect in any manner I can think of. Great sound! Lots of Bell & Whistles. My wife Loves It! The User Manual leaves much to be desired. It does NOT explain the possible work around for issues and additional benefits from the hardware as shipped. You would think that a company that creates something like this with Great Value would make sure that FAQ's are proactively addressed in the Manual. Sorry... but to get real market penetration you have to get someone who is qualified to write instruction and information manuals. The Manual is BARE BONES and NOT USEFUL at all. But in the USA we are so used to this in products shipped from China we kind of give it a nod... and say... " Oh Well" and the AMAZON expects nice folks like me and many others to fill in the blanks for all of the ensuing Logical Questions. Amasing can hire me for a reasonable sum. I am even willing to assist in product development and BETA testing.

Lots of fun with family and friends. Ive had this box for about 6 months and now the lights have stop working. Can some one tell me how to replace

The initial machine was purchased from JBU GLOBAL which did an excellent job on customer service for replacing a BRAND NEW unit. I was expecting an used replacement since some companies do that. If it wasn't for their excellent and fast replacement service, I would have given 2 stars for the machine. Now to the machine. First unit came working perfectly till three weeks later. One of the wireless mics totally lost connection even fully charged with different channels selected (The main mic still cuts in and out often). So it was returned with a brand new replacement. The replacement was brand new but both mics signal cuts in and out and had to stay at specific spots to get an ok connection. Since JBU GLOBAL offered excellent service and I got this unit at discounted price, I decided to keep the replacement. Will update since now it already passed 1 month return deadline UPDATE: Won't charge anymore and the unit started to smell acidic so I had to unplug and throw away . my next unit won't be rechargeable
