When inserting legs into leg frame do you first remove white plastic inserts

We thought the inserts should come out too, but realized they don't. Just push the leg into the seat. My husband is using this item until his knee replacement surgery is scheduled and he loves it! He is a tad over 300 lbs and it's completely sturdy.

Mine was shipped to the parcel box at post office! But you could have it shipped UPS!

Can this Stool be used on non-slip bath tub mat?

How much weight can the grab bar hold?

Hi there, the grab bar doesn't hold well at all. After the seat had broke and my husband almost went through our glass shower door the grab bar didn't help at all. Luckily we had a metal bar installed in our shower for extra support he was able to hold on too.. Save your money the chair broke within less than two months.
