Blippi My First Science: Science Kit with Color Experiments

My 3 year old absolutely loved this! He loves Blippi and loves to mix colors while painting and had been learning which colors can be mixed to make other colors so this was perfect! He felt like he was apart of a Blippi episode. It was fun and easy and hands on!

UPDATE **3 YEARS LATER AND MY SON STILL USES THIS SET DURING EVERY BATH, HE STILL LOVES IT AND ALL THE PARTS ARE STILL PERFECT!! **This is a Christmas gift for my son so it hasn't been used yet. I read other reviews about the color tabs being crushed but I didn't really worry about that part. I plan to use this as a bath toy for my 6 year old who's always mixing and creating things with his bath color tabs and bath foam and paints. I think this set will be a great addition to bath time. With that said the color tabs in this box came in perfect shape but I won't use them in his bath due to not knowing the outcome to his skin or my bathtub. Ill replace them with bath safe color tabs. I'd buy this again.

Nothing to dislike. We had lots of fun learning about Density even Grand Pa was educated on things you know but not how it works and the terms. Reusable and testable. Quite fun. Before each experiment I asked what do think is going to happen to our 10 and 6 yo. Lots of laughs and surprising answer. Worth it.

This is a great starter kit for kids just getting into science projects. Very easy to use and little mess as long as you keep a towel or mat under the experiment beakers. My one complaint is that it comes with too few color tablets. The small amount of tablets does not allow for much experimenting without purchasing additional tablets.

Very simple but cute for toddlers

Product is way to expensive for what it is. This needs to be no more than $9.99. The box is half empty so that isn't an issue. My 4 year old had fun but the main purpose is to teach colors. The color wheel had purple when it should be blue (as primary color). The red tablet turns hot pink instead of red. Because the tablet is pink it turns red when you mix and should actually turn orange. This kit needs some improvement for sure.

Fun

I almost didn't buy this because I thought, "We can do this at home with food coloring." However, I decided to get it to have the equipment needed to do the experiments like a 'real scientist.' We were not disappointed. My 5 yr old grandson loved it. The equipment made it so much easier to do and the color tablets were so much easier and more hazard resistant than food coloring would be. Definitely recommend!

I didn’t expect much from this to be honest. But it’s actually great. It comes with a leaflet with step by step colour experiments. I thought it would only be a single use thing then we just use the containers for water play, but the pack includes a few sets of the colour tablets to do the experiments again. Wish I’d bought two, my 6yo was into it too.

The kids aged 5 and 7 really enjoyed doing the experiment! The instructions were clear and everything that was needed was included in the package. Only down side was that it's kinda like a one time use, once you run out of it, that's it. Still, it was fun n the kids enjoyed thoroughly.

Bought this for a 4tr old, whilst he was happy with it..the price we paid for a bunch of plastic, not worth it ..you are better off going to the dollar store and picking up some containers and buying food colouring to mix..and you'd pay probably less than $5 for everything instead of close to $30 for this box
