I bought this item and when delivered found it was used and had scratches all over. Didn't even bother to see if it worked and returned for money back.If the item had been as described I might have been able to give a better score.

I've had one of these for a few years since I started getting the odd AbFib episode and it always worked reasonably okay.The app to transfer the files and adjust settings etc was always a bit flaky, but you could generally get it to work.The new app doesn't work and I can't get the files to transfer.My unit has gone in the bin and ill be buying a more reliable one.

This product is totally unreliable. It was difficult to get it to do a reading, and between a scattering of normal readings, I had possible tachycardia, possible bradycardia, possible afib and some other condition I’ve not heard of! You’d be surprised I’m still alive!The software is particularly difficult to come by. The box has a sticker which tells you to go to a certain website rather than the one in their instructions- this doesn’t work and the website is not secure so my computer was having none of it.Googling didn’t help so I had to call Amazon in the end, and they were able to direct me to a link that did work. The software was pretty poor once I did download it.I sent this back for a refund after trying to get a consistent reading 19 times - don’t waste your money.

Die Software ist mangelhaft und oberflächlich programmiert worden. Die Software läuft nur auf meinem Samsung Tablet, ich kann die Software auf meine beiden Handys installieren, aber das System öffnet sich nicht !!!
