overall, i love the philips hue lights. these strip lights are brilliant for what i need. only gripe as others have said, the sticky back is not very strong (not for what i needed anyway) An easy solution was to purchase some 3m Command strips and use them. much stronger adhesive. Great lights and work with alexa no problem.

Absolutely fantastic!!

I used one pack to backlight my TV (50 inch) & it looks incredible & I use it most days. I'm also a big fan of the app you can download to change the colours & switch the product on remotely. My only qualm was that this product doesn't stick well to the corners of the TV. It's very rigid & difficult to bend so when bending it to go around the edges of the TV I found they kept pinging off. I stuck the corners down with masking tape for a few weeks & then removed it, which seemed to fix this.

On sale at £15 this is definitely worth it but I would be quite bothered buying it full price, this goes for all Hue products in my opinion. That aside, you can't go wrong with Phillips products, I have about 8 Hue strips now and some extensions and very happy with the LEDs. I feel they will last a very long time.

Easy to connect if you already have a Hue setup. The hardest part was choosing where to put them. Look great and creates so much character in a room.

Great product but just sooo expensive, they’re is cheaper out there but this definitely does the intended job, if you do a little research you will find similar products at half the price

Easy to install to existing strip

Ich habe die 1 m Erweiterung für meinen bestehenden Philips Hue Lightstrip Plus gekauft, um mein TV-Board weiter auszuleuchten. Die Erweiterung fügt sich technisch nahtlos in das bestehende System ein und liefert die gewohnt starke Hue-Qualität. Installation Der Anschluss an den vorhandenen Lightstrip ist grundsätzlich einfach, erfordert aber etwas Fingerspitzengefühl. Der Stecker ist recht klein, die Pins können sich leicht verbiegen und die Verbindung löst sich bei Bewegung etwas schneller als erwartet. Mit einem kleinen Stück Tape sitzt die Verbindung jedoch dauerhaft stabil. Klebestreifen Der integrierte Klebestreifen hält auf meinem TV-Board nicht optimal. Mit zusätzlichem doppelseitigem Klebeband ließ sich das aber problemlos lösen – seitdem sitzt alles sicher. Lichtqualität & Steuerung Die Helligkeit und Farbdarstellung sind wie gewohnt hervorragend. Die Erweiterung wird sofort von der Philips Hue App erkannt und lässt sich wie der restliche Strip steuern. Farbverläufe und Szenen funktionieren einwandfrei. Fazit Kleine Montagepunkte, die sich mit einfachen Mitteln lösen lassen – technisch und optisch jedoch eine perfekte Ergänzung zum bestehenden Hue-System. Für mich insgesamt klar 5 Sterne.

Bien que je sois un inconditionnel de la gamme Philips Hue, j’ai rencontré des difficultés avec le connecteur fourni pour relier deux rubans LED entre eux. Malheureusement, en raison de cette incompatibilité, j’ai dû retourner l’article.

Comme tous les produits Philips Hue, le prix n'est pas l'argument le plus attrayant, mais la qualité est là, facile a installer, à utiliser et le rendu est magnifique. De plus avec les mises à jour de l'application les ambiances qui peuvent être crées sont innombrables et rendent les pièces vraiment magiques, que ce soit dans une chambre à coucher ou encore dans un salon ou pourquoi pas dans une cuisine, c'est vraiment top.

Easy to install and integrate. I use in Sauna (medium height, so won't be more than 50 degree Celsius) - works a treat in just the calming warm Spa shade I wanted!
