Simple. Quick and easy. I take it first thing in the morning. Has a prune taste. Digestively it works quick. It gives me a little bit of energy. So far I do like it.

I got this product because I saw a lot of TikTok reviews of it helping with face fat. I didn't need this product for face fat but for fat glands that I have above my eyes which no this product didn't remove but it did help inflammation and stop the fat glands from being so inflamed. Regarding weight loss however I don't know, I didn't use the product as a weight loss supplement but it did remove bify inflammation. One thing I will note is that the product does make you pee a lot. Overall it's a good product haven't had any bad effects taking it. You do have to be consistentfir more prominent results.

I'm beyond happy with my purchase! I had a lot of lymphatic fluid on my left foot due to a past injury as well as pitting edema in my left leg (had injury in 2006 torn ACL never told about by employer doctor, work injury, discovered major issue 2013/14). So every year I deal with a swollen ankle that will go down a little after a night's rest. My foot normally is slim and you can see my veins pretty well, feel my ankle bones easily. I started taking the Mary Ruth's Lymphatic Support Liquid Drops on March 28th 2026 and it's now April 6th and my ankles are back, my foot is normal, no more pitting edema in either of my legs. I'm beyond grateful for this product and highly recommend. I started taking it 3xs a day for 5 days then reduced to 2xs and now I'm taking it once a day. I will continue taking it once weekly. Super grateful for this product. My feet are back to normal size whether I'm asleep or awake, standing, sitting or walking. My lymph nodes are draining properly! Woo hoo 🙌🏾

I’ve been using the MaryRuth’s Lymphatic Support Drops for about a week now, and overall I’ve definitely noticed some changes. The product seems to be working because I’ve experienced increased urgency to use the restroom, which I assume is part of the detox process. The taste is actually fine and not as bad as I expected. You can dissolve it in water if you prefer, but it’s not really necessary. The only downside for me has been the constant headaches. I make sure to stay well hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day, but the headaches still make me feel nauseous and uncomfortable at times. Overall, the product seems effective, but I do wish it didn’t come with the persistent headaches. ⭐ Pros: Noticeable effects, manageable taste ⚠️ Cons: Frequent headaches and nausea.

I just started taking Mary Ruths Lymphatic Support Liquid Drops a few days ago. I love that Mary Ruth's products are a natural product. The flavor isn't my favorite, but it is not bad. It is very easy to measure and take. I take it before my morning drink. I am hoping that it will help with my ankles since they have been swelling lately. My sinuses have been so painful to touch, and I feel less pressure today. I am not sure if it is the product or just luck, but I am excited to keep using this product to see how it helps!

For most of my life, I've had large pockets of swelling in several areas of my body, the pits, under the knees, ankles, around the hips and my face. It wasn't until I saw an ad talking about draining your lymphatic system. While I usually never play into social media propaganda, I felt like this specific ad was targeted for me with all the symptoms I had. I ended up searching for a bit on here to find a different brand with the best reviews, and my sister has many products from Mary Ruth, so I figured I'd give it a shot, hoping the results others were seeing would work in my favor as well. I've been using this for almost 2 weeks now and I've noticed a massive improvement in my swelling. I can't pinch my under arm fat anymore, my legs have smoothed out a lot, the lymphs in my neck don't feel so tight lately, and I even wear an anklet I haven't taken off in over a year that was starting to squeeze my ankle, but just yesterday I noticed it's actually loose on me and I can spin it around my ankle with space for 2 fingers. So when I look in the mirror, my cankles are gone! And I had some major ones before and my moon face is improving drastically! I can see the natural heart shape of my face coming back! The taste is actually not that bad compared to other herbal supplements I have so I just take it straight wifh the dropper. I will also use a guasha every few days to help flush out the nodes and that always makes such an improvement in the morning! I am on a fitness journey now so I'm sure some physical activity at the gym helps, but I taught yoga for 5 years and have always been pretty active and have still struggled with swelling. My teacher trainer even mentioned years ago I needed a lymphatic massage, so I'm also gonna try that too! I'm excited to see how much more will improve by the time I finish the bottle, but so far I'm happy with the current results!
