Use 18”-19” air-filled balloons with the cap to create your own centerpiece. Remove the plastic cup/cap, attach a filled balloon by pulling the stem of the balloon through the large hole in the cup. Pull it down tightly so the balloon fits snugly into the cup. Weave the remaining stem in and out of the slits and holes in the cup while wrapping the stem around the cup. Place the cup back into the center of the centerpiece weight and you have an instant centerpiece. Remove the cap and use the tie wire to attach helium filled balloons. Tie the ribbons of the balloons to the tie wire. The base acts as a decorative weight. The base stands 6 inches tall.
