Works on a 1970 El Camino w/o tilt. Not 100% compatible with other Dorman parts
I had zero issues with quality. Sure, it's not OEM, but it worked fine. However, it does NOT work with the Dorman Horn Contact, part number 83230, without modification. To make the pin work, I had to sand down the size of the pin head for it to fit into the green shaft.

Professional mechanic. Does not fit. Can not use. 85 GMC Caballero.
Does not fit the most important aspects of the related components. Will not allow you to reinstall the lock plate because of how this part causes the combination of those two parts to stand off too far from the circlip groove. In other words, don't waste your time buying this part, buy the original.
