I've been using it for a month now. It was easy to mould and is very comfortable. I suffer with bruxism and I've had really bad headaches, pain in my ears, jaws and temples. Thanks to this product, everything gone!

Other than the really great Customer care nothing else is worth it, the mouth guards are so thick and large that it took me a while to figure out a work around, it's still not the most comfortable or convenient mouth guard but it will work for now.

It's absolutely amazing this product....Works like a magic...Easily mouldable many number of times ... Perfectly sits on my teeth .... Don't know whether it stops teeth grinding or not but definitely a perfectly mouth guard

Did as instructed, teeth guard came up neat. Out of 5 I destroyed one piece, second one came out perfect. Have been using it for over a week now with no difficulties.Good choice 👍

Very bad 👎 product quality

I grind and clench a lot, so much so that I have gone through two dentist-made night guards in the past year. These are guards that should have lasted 2 to 4 years each.I can't afford to keep going through them at that rate, and I haven't found a solution to the grinding and clenching problem that works for me... yet.So, I looked on Amazon and came across this product.I ordered, got a good price, and just got them yesterday.When I opened the box, I was initially slightly apprehensive about molding them myself.I shouldn't have been - it was easy, and the video they have showing how to do it is really clear and easy to follow. I am glad that 5 night guards were included in the package, because that gave me peace of mind that if I screwed one up, I would have another one to use.The QR code on the instructions links you to ConfiDental Facebook messenger, and automatically sends you the video link.I went through the molding process and used the guard last night.It was great. I wasn't expecting the somewhat soft, squishy texture, being used to dentist made guards, but this was great!! It was soft and comfortable, and my teeth weren't able to move back and forth or side to side... which really changed my grinding behaviour.I had no issues sleeping with this new night guard, and for the price, if these don't last that long, I will still be happy.Today, ConfiDental reached out to check in on how I liked the product as well as to check in on how I did with the molding. I rarely see customer service like this. Quick responses, personal, and helpful.I recommend this product and company.

It's way more comfy then 2 other brands I tried. I tried the thinner version supplied and it was great for my nightly teethgrinding. Be sure to watch the instructions. Also very cheap to buy

I’ve had issue with teeth grinding for months and the pain the next morning was tough to get past. But after researching and not having the budge to get have an orthodontist mold mouth guards, I decided to take a chance on this product and boy was it a great choice. Upon receiving the box and opening it, The instructions tell you to scan the QR code and it directs you to message the company through Facebook messenger. They send you a detailed video step by step to help you do it. Then there’s a representative that is attentive there to oversee your process. The ask for pictures of all angles to see if you did it correctly and if you didn’t they will patiently guide you to salvage the guard and make sure you do it multiple times until you bold them correctly and that they fit properly. They go as far and asking for multiple pictures and they even check up on you the night after to see how the product worked for you. They give you tips and advice and hands down I’ve never seen such great customer service. The patience and dedication they had until I was comfortable, to me, was amazing. Don’t think 2 times if you need a mouth guard and experience teeth clenching and grinding while you sleep, buy this product you won’t regret it. Definitely 💯 recommend.

The customer support is outstanding. Easy to follow steps via YouTube video and chat agent available to make sure the product works well. The mouthguard is very comfortable and effective. Easy to mold. Super happy to finally get a cost effective way to protect my teeth from grinding.
