I also had to sew each one of the clips to secure them as the first time I put it in, every one of the clips came loose. The thread was barely holding them in. I also used the wire the came with it to make it smaller. It took me a little time to figure out how to use the clips but once I did, it was easy. I have very short hair right now so will have to play around with it to see how it will look the best.
