A slow retrieve causes vibrations and sound that bass hone in on absolutely love. A slow and steady retrieve or a stop and go retrieve will always trigger an explosive top water explosion as bass burst out of the water to get the Jitterbug. The Hula Popper works best by popping and momentarily stopping the lure before resuming the stop/go retrieve. These all time favorite lures belong in every true fisherman's arsenal. So I just started bass fishing in May of 2019 and purchased these in august of 2019 I love these lures so much, I’ll be honest I don’t use the popper that much but the jitterbugs u can not go wrong with they catch small fish to big fish no matter what. I have been fishing with buddy’s and watched them catch nothing as I pull in 3 bass in 40 mins with the black jitterbug. This is by far my go to lure when the bite is good or bad, I like to fish it by giving it a 4-5 second retrieve into a 2-3 second pause it’s super effective and ik I said this already but this is one of my favorite lures. Will purchase the jitterbugs for life and always buy the newest lures they put out. I recently bought the buzz plug by this brand but didn’t use it yet but i already know it’s gonna crush it 💪🏼 Tight lines boys 🤙🏼

These are the best, but are costly if purchased individually. The three pack is economical.

This is my first time trying a jitterbug bait and I like the look of the movement very well. I have also found out that bass like the movement as well! Caught one yesterday within 20 minutes. The first two bites missed the lure (not the lure's fault) but the third one got it. The hooks are very sharp as well.

3-pack offers a good value, especially if you find it on sale. Classis bass lures that should be in every tackle box.
