Not sure why so many people had hard time putting this together? I was able to follow the instructions. The A pipe was not clearly labeled but all you have to do is a little logical thinking and patience. I put it together by my self it took about 1 hour and 45 minutes but I also was home schooling. Amazon need a better delivery service but my product is as shown. The size is perfect for the side of the couch. I love how I can adjust the tension on the table top. For the price this table is pretty good. One thing you have to understand how much you paid for it in order to properly review this. It’s sturdy and it works. My advice about the instructions is take your time make sure you understand what pro and con represents the little plastic white tabs are always facing bottom don’t tighten screws until you know that’s the right piece use your logic. Don’t go in panicking because of the others. If you put furniture together before you got this.

Received the item today and put it together in about 2 hours. As other folks have mentioned, the directions are not the best and takes a little mechanical ability to sort things out (fortunately, my wife has pretty good aptitude!). The quality of the parts is what you might expect -- decent pressed wood with a black finish. Parts were flat, holes were in the right places and all parts were present (with a few extras for the hardware). The parts fit well (once you figured out the correct orientation, which was not always easy). The casters are fine for the size of the table. The tube / arm assembly is again fine for the price -- the metal tubes fit together well and operate as expected. I love the concept -- swing arm on side table is exactly what I'm looking for. Hope it lasts a few years.Will update after I've been using it for a bit, but so far, so good.

The desk is very versatile. It can be used as a stand-alone for your laptop or tablet or as a compliment to your already pc setup. The desk portion can be tilted and rotated as much as 360 degrees. The storage compartments are a real convenience I am getting great use from it. Took me only 45 minutes, following instructions, to assemble.

Very nice table I use for bedside with a laptop on it. Some times I put most of my weight on the laptop arm and it slowly tilts down but I recently tightened it more and I’m also a big guy so hopefully that helps. Other then that it’s a great table. Somewhat tricky to put together but not too bad. I left less stars because of the high price.

Product arrived very quickly but we are still trying to assemble. The instructions are impossible to read because the print is tiny and the ink is light. Also, one part seems to be missing. I contacted both the manufacturer and Amazon, asking them to email the instructions. That way we could increase the font size and improve the print quality. There is also the problem of missing part #3. We are very disappointed with both the company and Amazon. Do not buy this product! For a week now it’s been at a stand still——spread out in our living room.

I purchased this item for my office as I have a heavy binder that I refer to and take things in and out of all day long. This is ideal with a bit of storage for those staples, and print cartridges that don't fit in my desk drawer.Love It!

Swiveling/tilting surface makes this very handy; just be careful putting it together.This piece of furniture does exactly what I need it to do - adjustable top piece will rotate, swivel, and lift up and down to put a table/ desk surface exactly where I need it, can be easily pushed out of the way when not in use.. The top really does move in all directions, and that was the deciding factor in buying this piece over some similar ones.I’m pretty handy with putting furniture together, but some of the pieces and hardware were improperly marked (either not marked at all or the sticker designating the letter or number of the part had come off) and some of the corresponding letters or numbers in the instructions were extremely difficult to read. I wound up putting a long screw through a not-so-thick board because I didn’t catch a discrepancy in time. I recommend laying everything out in a large flat surface or the floor and coordinating hardware to each piece before starting; might be a pain, but it’ll save a lot of time putting it together.The functionality of this piece makes it a keeper, the only reasons it doesn’t get five stars are the assembly issues and instructions - considering the price, the guide could be a lot more clear.

Although the desk itself was satisfactory for the money, it arrived in a less than acceptable condition. Scratches and pieces of laminate were missing over the entire piece of furniture. The instructions were terrible and it took over 3 hours to assemble. I decided to keep the desk because it would have been impossible for me to return. The desk looked like it had been used. If I was able, I would have exchanged it.
