If you take the time to steep it for 15 minutes as it says on the bag and then chill it immediately over iced water in a pitcher you will have tea worthy of an upscale restaurant. I make sure I have this on hand for guests whether it’s a dinner party or simply lounging by the pool. Yes, it seems costly until you price it out by glass.
