After my first time playing Rummikub- here is my review: is a fun game that can be play with friends or family. The skills involved with Rummikub seem to masterfully blend rummy and mahjong into an easy-to-learn, game. Rummikub is played with numbered tiles instead of cards and it seems to be best for between two and four players. The game Rummikub made me think of strategic moves, quick math, and constantly changes. The game revolves around forming runs or groups of tiles, similar to rummy. However, its defining feature is the freedom to rearrange tiles already on the table to create new combinations. It did take me more than a few times not to discard, and to break tiles apart. Rummikub’s design also mirrors some of mahjong, particularly in how players draw and discard tiles while trying to clear their racks. The game’s simple rules and vibrant tiles make it a fantastic choice for family gatherings or casual get-togethers. Whether you're a fan of traditional games or just looking for something new, Rummikub was time while spent. I look forward to the next time I play Rummikub. Highly recommended!

Love this game. I wished it came with a cloth grab bag for the tiles for easy handoff and grab tiles to next player as well as storage.... hint hint...

Such a fun game to play with family and friends! The game takes the perfect length of time where you are engaged and don't get bored. It is a great strategy game to keep your mind sharp.

I purchased the Rummikub 2-6 player version because we play Rummikub often and there are many times when more than four people want to join in. I already liked the classic version, but this larger set has been very useful because it gives us more flexibility when we have family, friends, or extra players around. I am reviewing this particular 2-6 player set, but the game of Rummikub itself is something I have played and enjoyed for years. What I like: • Allows up to 6 players • Great when more than 4 people want to play • More versatile than the standard 2-4 player set • Still works well with fewer players • Nice to have when an extra person or two shows up • Helpful when someone sees the game being played and wants to join in • Very easy setup with tiles, racks, and a flat surface • Same classic Rummikub gameplay that we already enjoy • Good mix of luck, strategy, and tile rearranging • A practice round or two helps new players get comfortable • Fun for family, friends, game nights, and cottage play • Works across a wide range of ages when kids are ready for this type of game • Great choice for families, grandparents, cottage houses, or vacation homes • The tiles sit in racks, so you are not holding cards the whole time • You can move and rearrange tiles while planning your next play • Excellent replayability and does not get old quickly • The more we play, the more we get into it • I would choose this version if I could only buy one set Things to be aware of: • If you only ever play with 2 to 4 people, the regular classic set may be enough • The larger set has more tiles, so mixing them well between games matters • We have played with fewer players using this set and it worked fine for us • For official play, check the instructions for how many tiles to use depending on player count • You still need a table or other flat surface to play • The playing area grows as more tiles are placed, so make sure you have enough room • You can talk during play, but sometimes you need to focus more as the table fills up • You can pause and come back to the game if needed, as long as everyone remembers whose turn it is • Like the classic version, the tile racks are simple but functional • For brand-new players, it may be quicker to watch someone demonstrate it or watch a quick how-to video, then play a practice round Overall: I am very glad I purchased the 2-6 player version of Rummikub. We play Rummikub a lot, and it has become one of the most-used games in our collection over the last few years. The regular 2-4 player version is great, but this set solves the problem of having one or two extra people who want to play. That happens often with family, friends, and cottage/game-night gatherings. If I could only buy one version, I would choose this 2-6 player set because it is more versatile. It gives you room for extra players, but it is still playable with smaller groups too. Setup is easy, the replayability is excellent, and the game has a nice mix of luck and strategy. We have played it with fewer players and just made sure to mix the tiles very well between games. This is also the version I would choose for a grandparent’s house, cottage, or family game collection because it leaves room for extra players when more people want to join in. For our real-life use, this has been the better set to have available because Rummikub is the kind of game people see being played and want to join.

I bought this as a gift for my sister and brother in law for Christmas. It’s great that it is playable with six people however there isn’t a bag included for the tiles where you have to pick one out if you can’t go out on a round. I’ve docked a star for that reason. Otherwise I would say that this is a pretty soiled version of the game.

We love this game!! It’s fun with 2 people or 6. Even bought one for my mom!

It is great board game , just a suggestion to give like a holder for the spare numbers cus it’s not like Handel if a deck of cars that can be kept easily Other wise a great game over all
